You're feeling anxious. You're stuck in this endless cycle of always saying 'yes' to others to avoid conflict, spreading yourself thin, and ultimately burning out. You want to put yourself first but you don't know how. Imagine what life could look like if you finally felt comfortable and confident in yourself. You could show up in relationships exactly as you are. You're able to ask people for what you need and they gladly meet those needs. You feel…relaxed, at peace, fulfilled. I understand what it's like to feel like you have to work really hard to keep relationships steady. You deserve to feel safe enough to allow yourself to be seen and cared for in relationships. I help people achieve this by using my extensive experience working with people who struggle with people-pleasing and feeling out-of tune with themselves using an attachment-based approach to provide 1:1 sessions virtually and in person so they can gain confidence, improve relationships, and discover their purpose.

Hello, I am so glad you have taken the time to visit my site. I offer in-person and online therapy sessions to individual adults and adolescents in Colorado. Young adulthood is an exciting and transformative time. Whether starting off a new school year at college, navigating a new career, or feeling stuck and indecisive; new challenges and crossroads can be overwhelming. You might even find that with all of these new experiences, old issues and hang-ups continue to pop up. As your therapist, I’m here to walk with you through all of the twists and turns that adulthood can bring to ultimately thrive as the person you are becoming. I view our time together as a collaborative process where we are able to identify patterns, build upon strengths, and develop tools to promote growth and healing. I draw from various modalities and techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness. This integrative approach allows the therapeutic process to be more flexible and inclusive to each client's needs. Choosing a therapist can be a difficult decision, which is why I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation for all of my prospective clients. If for any reason we decide I am not the right fit for you, I can refer you to another qualified therapist.

Hi there! I work with high achievers suffering from burnout, people pleasing, codependency, and difficult family relationships. My clients are ones who tend to struggle with boundaries and are perpetually exhausted but are not sure why. They are strivers, but they never feel like they are good enough or that they are seen for who they really are. They struggle with anxiety and their stress is, at times, overwhelming. Most of all, my clients want to not feel this way anymore. They are ready for change.

Hi there, I'm Lindsey! I help healers and caregivers who feel overwhelmed and not enough to feel appreciated, grounded, and confident by supporting deep self-reflection and boundaries. Many of my clients are students, teachers, social workers, therapists, nurses, and therapists, or they care for a loved one such as a partner, child, or parent. People who care for others often feel overwhelmed, anxious, not enough, and resentful because their needs aren't being met. Together, we can work to reduce your feeling of being overwhelmed, set healthy boundaries, and make you feel better.
