Hi, I'm Henry. Through WellQor, I provide convenient online therapy that allows students to access support from wherever they are. WellQor also accepts most major insurance plans, helping make quality mental health care more accessible. Many of my clients are juggling academic pressures, relationships, family expectations, and uncertainty about the future while trying to figure out who they are and where they want to go. I especially enjoy helping students who feel stuck in cycles of worry, self-doubt, or overthinking. Together, we focus on practical skills that can be used both in therapy and everyday life to help manage anxiety, build confidence, and navigate challenges more effectively. I also work well with individuals who are processing grief, trauma, or significant life changes and are looking for support as they move forward. My clients are often motivated to grow but may not know where to start. They value having a therapist who is genuine, attentive, and willing to work alongside them. Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, I strive to help you gain insight, develop new tools, and create meaningful change in your life.

Through WellQor, I provide online therapy for college students and young adults, and WellQor accepts most major insurance plans to help make care more accessible. My approach starts with understanding your story rather than judging your symptoms. I believe that our experiences shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and navigate the world, and that healing often begins when we take the time to understand those connections. One thing I have learned through my work is that people are often much harder on themselves than they would ever be on someone else. Many students come to therapy feeling frustrated by their emotions, relationships, or reactions to stress. They wonder why they keep repeating certain patterns, why they struggle to move on from difficult experiences, or why they don't seem to be coping as well as everyone around them appears to be. I work with students facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and everyday life stress. Together, we can explore what's beneath the surface, strengthen coping skills, and create space for growth and healing. My goal is to help you build a greater sense of self-understanding, confidence, and trust in your ability to move through life's challenges.

Hi! I'm Lauren Whitehead, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with people from all walks of life on anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, and big life changes like starting college or figuring out what comes next. These seasons are hard, but they can also be real chances to grow, and therapy can help you get there. My favorite part of this work is watching clients find strength they didn't know they had. I believe small changes add up. One positive thought in the morning can shift your whole day. In our sessions we'll build practical tools like mindfulness and healthy coping skills, and practice treating yourself with more compassion. You can count on me to listen, support you, and keep our space safe and free of judgment. You don't need to know exactly what you want to work on. Showing up for yourself is the first step. Find a spot on my calendar and let's get started! Lauren Whitehead, LCSW

Hi there, I'm Rachel, a clinical therapist with over 17 years of experience working with all kinds of people. I help clients with a wide range of challenges, and I specialize in anxiety, mood disorders, and relationship issues. When you come to me, I want you to feel safe and supported. I put a lot of care into building trust and creating a space where you can share what you need without shame or fear. I love offering support, education, and real tools, and there's nothing better than watching a client grow and make positive changes. Being a therapist has taught me that we can't always control what happens around us, but we can control how we respond, and we can truly improve our lives by managing our thoughts, emotions, and relationships. However alone you might feel, there are people ready to support you. So please, come talk to me! When I'm not with clients, I love to travel, shop, and garden. I have a hydro garden and enjoy thrift shopping for hidden treasures. Doing what you love is great self care! Rachel Morris, LPC-S

Hello, I'm Dr. Hector Soto, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience across social services, schools, hospitals, and outpatient settings. I first headed toward pre-med and pediatrics, but a course in abnormal child psychology sparked a deeper calling to understand the mind and support people through emotional challenges. Seeing the strength people carry through trauma, loss, and adversity still shapes how I work today. I help individuals, couples, and families with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflict, and major life transitions. A lot of our work is about understanding your patterns, building emotional regulation, and finding a stronger sense of stability and direction. I believe real change comes from a mix of insight, accountability, and practical skills, and I'll always meet you with dignity along the way. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we step into the work together. My approach is trauma informed, integrative, and evidence based, drawing on cognitive and behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and attachment work, and mind body approaches. I also make room for meaning making, including faith informed perspectives when that resonates with you. Outside of work, I love time with my family, attending church, and staying active. I also share my home with five dogs, my own team of four legged therapists. I'll encourage you to face challenges with both courage and self compassion. I look forward to meeting you! Dr. Hector Soto, LCSW, DSW

Hi! My name is Erin Connell and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a registered yoga teacher. I have worked in both private practice and larger institutions, helping people work through depression, anxiety, PTSD, and big life adjustments. My approach blends traditional therapy with holistic practices that care for the mind, body, and spirit. I see therapy as a journey toward knowing yourself and healing. It is a space where you can reconnect with who you really are, find balance, and build resilience. What I love most is the connection I get to build with the people I work with, and watching them grow and make real change in their lives. As your therapist, I promise to hold a safe, judgment free space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I will listen with compassion and move at your pace. Outside of sessions you will usually find me hiking, practicing yoga, or out in nature, which keeps me grounded and present for this work.

Hello my name is Billie. Like so many people I grew up in a conservative town that made it clear that they saw Queerness as "evil" and "destroying the family." I started Texas Queer Counseling to allow people the space to figure out who they are, away from the expectations society places on us. As a transwoman I know the state of Texas has is not a safe place to live. It is also important to find the joy of being Queer. Don't be as miserable as the people trying to criminalize our lives. I offer a complimentary 30 minute session.
