My work and experience have allowed me to aid individuals in many age brackets. I am able to be adaptable to meet the needs of the individuals in front of me. While I specialize in treating Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders and traumas, I have the capacity to assist with a range of issues and problems people may present with. I want to be able to understand my clients to build trust and connection. Much of the beginning sessions are spent building this through clear expectations.
Hello! I'm Kimberly or you can call me Kim. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience providing individual outpatient therapy. I provide services both in-person and via telehealth. I love working with young adults and am experienced treating a wide range of diagnoses from mood disorders to personality disorders to trauma.
I specialize in working with late teens (16+) and adults navigating the transition into independence, identity, and adulthood. This stage of life can feel overwhelming—whether you're managing anxiety, adjusting to college or post-grad life, struggling with relationships, or feeling stuck in uncertainty about your next steps. Many of my clients are high-functioning but internally overwhelmed—balancing expectations, pressure, and major life changes while trying to figure out who they are and what they want. I provide a supportive space to slow things down, build insight, and develop practical tools to aid you in your journey. I strongly believe that we must take time to nurture our emotional and mental well being just as we do with our physical being.
As a licensed professional counselor I have helped clients work through challenging times such as processing grief, overcoming trauma, building their self confidence, establishing boundaries, building strong healthy relationships and surviving the post partum period. Utilizing techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness training, strength based and person centered approaches, my approach to therapy is tailored to each of my client's needs. My goal is to make sure you feel safe and comfortable to share in the therapeutic process. My office offers a comfortable, calm and private setting for all my clients. If you feel that we will work well together, please do not hesitate to contact me!

Although we cannot change our past, we can acknowledge its impact. We can change how we view our past and ourselves. While working with clients, I encourage expression to gain self-awareness and to reshape narratives. Expression is essential in everyday life, especially when working through difficult times, such as grief and trauma. I practice therapy with a person-centered, trauma-informed, strength based approach to meet clients where they are and to help them make changes to start the healing process. For some clients, verbal expression can be difficult. Creative expression can demonstrate one’s thoughts and feelings in a tangible way. Art Therapy can be helpful in exploring one’s thoughts and feelings and fostering self-awareness. As an Art Therapist, I have the ability and knowledge to bring artmaking into the therapy session and to help facilitate the healing process. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Board-Certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC). I have many years of experience helping people with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, body image, self-esteem, and addiction. I have experience practicing therapeutic techniques of Trauma Informed Care, CBT, DBT, and MI, as well as Crisis Intervention. I am available for in person sessions, as well as telehealth/virtual sessions.

I am a licensed social worker and enjoy working with adolescents and adults as they navigate the vast and diverse landscape of the human experience. Major life transitions, work stress, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, or simply feeling “stuck"...regardless of your reasons for seeking therapy, I consider it a privilege to provide nonjudgmental support and productive insight as we work towards your goals together. My therapeutic style is collaborative, integrative and person-centered. With an emphasis on facilitating safety and comfort in confiding personal experiences, I help clients uncover aspects of those experiences that are outside a person's awareness, to promote understanding, greater freedom of choice in life, and lasting change. Beyond insight work, I value working together to identify practical ways we can increase self-compassion and psychological resiliency.
Hello! My name is Halley and, as a therapist, it is my intention to look beyond the symptoms being presented to identify the root of the problem and to make space for you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or a label. This often looks like examining our most intimate relationships, the family system, and what connections or patterns exist between the two. If you find yourself often wondering "Why am I like this?" and "Why does this keep happening?,” then we may be a good fit - especially if you have been in therapy before, feel like you have the tools or knowledge, and like you should be able to do something differently. It is my belief that our most intimate relationships impact us and how we move through the world. My hope is to help you look at those relationships, to better understand them, and to identify your role in creating your own experience. I often attempt to do this by asking questions, making observations, and inviting you to do the same. Therapy is messy. Therapy is not linear. Therapy is a process. I would be honored to be a part of yours and be alongside you as you learn about yourself while achieving the long-term healing and awareness that you deserve.

Sometimes we feel like our light has been dimmed by our past experiences and ongoing life stressors. Maybe others have noticed that you have been more irritable, distant, or just “different”. Whether it be anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or other life circumstances, don’t let that hold you back from building the life you deserve. You’re here because you finally want to take back control of your life and begin to find your true self again. Your struggles do not have to define you and you deserve to be happy. It's time to put yourself first and reach out for help. Let us work together in finding balance through being present, practicing self-care, and positive thinking.
Hi, I'm Lori Gephart, a Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania. For more than three decades, I’ve helped adults navigate the challenges that can make life feel overwhelming including anxiety, panic, chronic stress, depression, and insomnia. If you’re exhausted from trying to manage everything on your own, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep pushing through without support. My approach is steady, practical, and compassionate. I focus on understanding what you’re carrying, how it’s affecting your daily life, and what will genuinely help you feel better. Together, we’ll work to reduce symptoms, build resilience, and create meaningful, sustainable change, not quick fixes or one‑size‑fits‑all solutions. Whether you’re dealing with long‑standing patterns or a recent spike in stress, therapy can help you regain clarity, restore balance, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel grounded and capable. If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling more in control and more at ease, I’m here to help.
