I believe therapy is an adventure of self-discovery—an opportunity to explore your story and uncover your strengths. My approach is collaborative and adaptive, drawing from CBT, ACT, DBT, SFBT, and Person-Centered Therapy, as well as Geek Therapy and the Hero’s Journey framework when it fits your interests. Whether you connect through fandoms like anime, video games, or tabletop RPGs, or prefer a more traditional approach, I meet you where you are. Together, we’ll navigate your challenges, build insight, and move toward a renewed sense of balance and purpose. Every hero’s journey is unique. I look forward to walking beside you as we navigate yours together.

Trying to keep it all together, and make sense of life? Feeling worried, confused, trapped and stuck trying to fix "it" alone or hoping things will get better? I suspect these feelings have been with you for a while. You're not alone. Usually, people don't seek help right away; many of us attempt to tackle our problems ourselves. We often conceal our emotions and thoughts, worried about others' judgements. Life doesn't have to look this way or be so challenging. You have the power to create change, and I can help you. My counseling is rooted in connection and understanding, creating a safe, authentic space for clients to explore their past, and future aspirations. Together, we'll embrace your uniqueness and work towards a more fulfilling life by fostering autonomy; building self-confidence; connecting with your emotions; and finding lasting solutions. I have an honest, empathetic, and direct style. I incorporate reality and cognitive behavioral therapy into my practice to encourage growth and change. I have experience in relationships, life transitions, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Your courage to get to this point is admirable, don't stop here. Call me or send me a message. Let's talk.
I work with you to uncover the stressors, causes of discomfort, and distractions that lead to a sense of disempowerment and further act as barriers to unlocking your potential in all areas of life. Within every session, I seek to engage our time together through non-judgmental interactions. I also collaborate with you to help you develop a present moment focus on what's important and empower you to optimize as well as tap into your core motivators that inspire purpose, direction, and motivation. From there, I diligently encourage you towards action-oriented living, through establishing actions plans and setting goals that help you gain resiliency and a renewed sense of self.
Healing begins with acknowledging the wound, not just with the intent to fix but with a deep willingness to understand and honor the pain. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, depression, or the weight of trauma, the first step is to meet their experience gently, with compassion and without judgment. In therapy, we don’t seek to erase these feelings but instead create a safe space where they can be understood and transformed. By listening deeply to the pain, we provide the foundation for meaningful healing and growth to unfold. Hope is at the heart of the therapeutic process. I work to help my clients reconnect with their strengths and see possibilities for a brighter future. Together, we’ll take small, meaningful steps toward overcoming challenges and building the life you envision. You are not alone, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Anxiety, depression, and trauma can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. Healing starts with compassion and a safe space to be heard. Reach out—we’re here to support you on your journey. Reach out today by calling or messaging me to set up your free consultation call.

I know how overwhelming it can feel when life's pressures make it hard to breathe. You feel like no matter how hard you try; your worries always get the best of you. If you recognize yourself in this profile, please call or send me a message and we can talk about how I can help. I look forward to hearing from you.
Does it feel like your relationships are falling apart? Maybe things aren't right with your son or daughter? Maybe you are a teen who feels like your parent (or anyone for that matter) just doesn't get you at all. Maybe you feel upset all the time and can't put your finger on why. Maybe you have a child who feels this way and needs help working through it. Feeling disconnected from others can feel like we are living in darkness- overwhelming, scary, and unsure. Life is too short to spend it fumbling around in the darkness. I want you to walk through life, with the light on. When we walk in the light we feel more connection, clarity, courage, confidence, and can engage in clear communication. My passion is helping individuals and families find healing through trust in relationships, especially helping teens navigate the challenges of adolescence. I also love to work with clients of any age, who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. If this sounds like you, please call me or send me a message. I'd love to hear from you!
