I work with children 5 years of age and older, adolescents, and adults. Many clients I work with are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, impulsivity, emotion regulation, relationship issues, family conflict, self-harm behaviors, and/or problems with self-esteem. As a person-centered therapist, I focus on providing a nonjudgmental, validating space for clients to navigate through difficult emotions and explore their values and identity. I offer sessions virtually and in-person, accommodating after school/evening hours. Please call or email if you feel like this could be the right fit for you or your child. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and play therapy to help clients process emotions and develop skills to cope with these challenges. When treating children and adolescents, I work closely with parents/guardians to develop strategies to best support their child throughout the therapy process.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I am passionate about helping adult and adolescent patients dismantle shame and live a joyful life as their fullest, most authentic selves. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Health At Every Size (HAES) and social justice-aligned principles, with a focus on those struggling with eating disorders, trauma/PTSD, and anxiety, as well as specialty work with LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and Jewish-identifying clients. No matter the struggle, I view each patient as a whole person rather than a collection of symptoms and diagnoses, taking a trauma-informed approach to help you develop greater self-esteem and self-efficacy. If you are interested in working together, please reach out and schedule a free consultation. I look forward to meeting you! Working together, you can expect a warm and compassionate environment that supports you in your journey toward greater mental health. These therapies include DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), as well as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Throughout my career as a therapist, I have been committed to helping adolescents and adults break free of patterns that have been keeping them from achieving their goals. I view each client as the expert on their own lives, and enjoy providing them with tools that lead them toward building the lives they want and deserve. I can often be found hiking, skiing, or relaxing outside in my free time. When I’m indoors, I enjoy reading, cooking, weightlifting, and rooting for the Colorado Avalanche.

From a young age, I always had a passion for helping and supporting others. No matter your struggle, I see the human being in front of me, not a label or diagnosis. My vision for our work together is tailored to you and concentrates on your unique, individual needs. My office is a judgment-free zone, so let’s roll up our sleeves and finally talk about the things you've been carrying in silence. I not only accept all, I embrace all. I can’t wait to get started with you! My clinical background centers around the most common mental health concerns you might be facing, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, problems with effective communication, life transitions, anger management, parenting support, body image, gender identity, and support around coping skills. My therapeutic approach values solution-focused care, challenging your beliefs and way of thinking while building a warm and safe space through humor, collaboration, empowerment, and rapport. I also specialize in sex and relationship therapy for individuals. Having seen the impact of stress on sexual minorities, I know firsthand the importance of finding a therapist who embraces the complexities of sexuality and diverse relationship styles. The most common sex therapy concerns I treat that folx bring in are gaps in desire, sexual functioning issues, sexual behavior that feels out of control (commonly referred to as “sex addiction” or “porn addiction”), and many more. No power dynamic, fetish, kink, fantasy, behavior, or desire is too much for us to discuss together. I am also proud to be an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as the sex worker community. You are safe here. Outside the office, you’ll often find me photographing the Colorado sights or reading in the mile-high sunshine. And, of course, daydreaming about future travel plans abroad!

Trauma, anxiety, grief, and the weight of difficult life experiences deserve compassionate and dedicated support. As a Licensed Professional Counselor for individuals ages 13-65, I specialize in trauma-focused care that helps you find genuine healing, greater self-understanding, and healthier patterns in your relationships and everyday life. EMDR and Brainspotting are at the heart of my work, two powerful approaches that help reduce emotional distress and move you forward in ways that feel meaningful and lasting. From the first session, you can expect a space that is safe, nonjudgmental, and built around you. Building your insight, resilience, and healthy coping tools is what drives our time together, and supporting you through real, lasting change is what I'm here for. Compassionate, grounded, and collaborative — that's how I approach every session with you. Healing happens when you feel safe enough to explore your experiences while developing new patterns that support growth and self-understanding, and creating that space is what I'm here to do. Using evidence-based treatments, including Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and Mindfulness, we'll work together to process difficult experiences, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change. Because no two people are alike, the direction of our work is always shaped by your unique needs, goals, and life experiences. My path to becoming a therapist began in healthcare, where I spent years supporting patients and striving to bring compassion to people who were struggling. The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 was a turning point. I witnessed firsthand the emotional toll that stress, grief, burnout, and uncertainty placed on so many people, particularly those working in healthcare alongside me. That experience clarified what I was called to do. I returned to school, pursued licensure as a professional counselor, and deepened my commitment to the kind of trauma-informed, compassionate care that helps people feel truly supported and never alone in what they're facing. Now, I am proud to bring empathy, authenticity, and genuine investment to every session. Outside of the therapy room, I find grounding in the simple things: reading, writing fiction, spending time with family, and being outdoors. These moments of connection and creativity remind me of what matters most, and they inform the presence and care I bring to my work with patients.
