I am a compassionate and creative therapist dedicated to supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults through life’s challenges. Specializing in LGBTQIA+ advocacy, women’s health, substance use, and grief, I provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for growth and healing. With a BA in Education (Arcadia University), an MSW (Widener University), and experience in various levels of care—including inpatient, crisis residential, partial hospital program, intensive outpatient and outpatient programs—I bring a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to therapy. Hadleigh Roy is a dedicated and compassionate counselor with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Robert Morris University. Her primary focus is on working with individuals and families dealing with a wide range of issues, including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, sexuality, and trauma. Hadleigh has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings, including outpatient, family therapy, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. She is particularly skilled in utilizing a family-based approach to treating children and adolescents with eating disorders. In addition, Hadleigh has worked in an early education setting, providing Child-Centered Play Therapy to children experiencing trauma, grief, and loss. Hadleigh's treatment approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. She draws on a variety of evidence-based treatments, including Client-Centered Therapy, Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, The Maudsley Family-Based Method, Mindfulness, and Psychoeducation. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors and working towards positive change.

Hello! This is Dr. Lavanya Devdas, woman of color, immigrant, and a licensed psychologist in PA. I am also certified by the mindfulness meditation teacher training program under Dr. Jack Kornfield and Dr. Tara Brach. I recently completed a two year training program, The Three Doors, a Tibetan based meditation program from which I incorporate somatic based and meditation techniques.
