My background includes having worked in outpatient as well as private practice settings. I most commonly treat anxiety, life transitions, career exploration, ADHD, stress management, parenting support, and depression. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy perspective but also employ various other therapeutic techniques to help you feel heard, validated, and empowered to make healthy choices. I specialize in providing individual therapy to adults experiencing OCD and/or eating disorders. I can also provide support for other mental health issues, including: depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, trauma, mood disorders, and substance misuse. I also help clients navigate life's common problems, including relationship issues, work stress, identity development, and grief. I periodically offer support groups for OCD and eating disorders. I will be seeing clients in person in Pittsburgh starting in August 2023. I can see clients in Massachusetts via telehealth but I am not accepting any telehealth clients at this time.
