I work with young adults who are feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges—whether it’s relationship struggles, a constant worry loop that you can't get out of, low mood, struggles with food and body image, or difficulty with change. I’m currently offering both in-person and telemedicine/virtual sessions for new and current clients. If you're looking for a caring, experienced, skilled and respectful therapist, you need look no further. I have years of experience in providing therapy in mental health settings and in private practice. I utilize therapeutic approaches proven to be effective (e.g.: DBT, MI, CBT, PST, Seeking Safety for trauma and substance abuse, etc.). I am known for my ability to connect with my clients in a caring, real, and honest way and I particularly enjoy working with college age students. I have had particular success in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse/addiction, and most mental health issues that may impede one's ability to achieve their potential. When needed, I collaborate with psychiatric practitioners in managing medications.

I worked in college counseling for four years, (2021-2025) and understand the unique challenges students face along with the systemic factors that can greatly impact students. Your mental health and wellbeing is essential for navigating the college experience, and you deserve support through this journey. For some, this looks like discussing an upsetting situation and processing the emotions they are feeling, then finding ways to make these emotions more manageable so that they can function in their day-to-day life. I often help students to better understand and identify their feelings by pausing, slowing down, and connecting the mind and the body.
