Life is hard. Like, really hard. And you're doing all the right things; but you still feel anxious. You can't seem to stop overthinking everything. I serve individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, grief, shame, loneliness, trauma, and other emotional pain as well as individuals with marginalized identities including various gender identities and sexual orientations. Often, as intelligent people, we use our minds and our intellect to ease our struggles, but these difficult emotions have a bodily experience that is important to acknowledge and work with.
