Therapists for college students near Denver, CO
If you are looking to work on trauma, anxiety or/and depression and are open to let me treat you with a combination of scientific approaches and spiritual ones, you are a good fit to my practice. My background as a neuroscientist makes me a good fit for STEM students, but artistic students also enjoy my style, since I combine art, and spirituality with evidence based practices. I am Latina and grew up in Puerto Rico. Since I also transition to the Continental US, I love working with International students and enjoy learning from different cultures. I also like to help with acculturation issues. I have worked with many students in my practice and would love to work with you. My colleague, who sees students in person, is also from Puerto Rico and uses trauma based interventions such as EMDR to treat trauma and anxiety. She uses CBT and other somatic imterventions for the treatment of depression. Send me a text or email. See you soon!

“Who am I?” “What is my purpose?” “I can’t move on.” If you experience or have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, or grief, you are not alone. I understand how hard it can be to ask for help. I believe that having someone in your corner to both validate and challenge you is essential to personal growth. Self-discovery is possible—piecing together the mosaic of your life to serve as a window to your past and a guide to your future. “Who am I?” “What is my purpose?” “I can’t move on.” If you experience or have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, or grief, you are not alone.
