I work with adults in helping them manage their Anxiety, Depression and stressful life situations. Balancing your professional and personal life can be difficult. My clients learn skills to self-regulate, problem solve and make well-informed decisions. My specialty is also working with adults with executive functioning issues including being on the Autism Spectrum.

My clients are better equipped to make informed choices about what actions they need to take and develop skills that will help them handle difficult situations in the future. I use play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and neuroscience based interventions to help one express their thoughts and feelings.

Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
