On the outside, it might look like you’re keeping things together—classes, sports, work, relationships—but inside you may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like something just isn’t feeling right. I work with college students and student-athletes who are navigating stress, anxiety, grief, and past experiences that continue to show up in the present.

In therapy, we slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and find practical ways to feel more grounded and steady again. A lot of my work focuses on grief, loss, and unresolved experiences, using EMDR to help process what feels stuck alongside strategies for structure, motivation, and balance.

You don’t need the right words or a clear explanation to start—just a sense that something has been weighing on you. Therapy can be a space to sort through it and move forward at a pace that feels manageable.

Availability is flexible in evenings and on weekends.
