I work with students who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or struggling to keep up with school, work, and personal responsibilities. Many of the people I see are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or the stress of major life transitions. Some are high achievers who feel constant pressure to perform, while others feel stuck, unmotivated, or unsure about their direction.
