Although I treat many mental health issues, my specialties include life transitions, anxiety/stress, self-esteem issues, relationships and unresolved trauma. My ideal clients are adult individuals and couples. I especially love working with college students as I can relate to the many issues they may be facing & dealing with. I have worked with many college students and helped them navigate through and balance the difficulties of both college and personal life issues.
