Teasha Jaksland
Hi, I’m Teasha, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have experience working with young adults navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of the clients I support are emotionally sensitive or neurodivergent and want practical tools to feel more grounded and confident.
My approach is trauma-informed and focuses on calming the nervous system. I use CBT and DBT skills, as well as creative strategies like art, movement, and mindfulness, to help students manage emotions, build coping skills, and improve communication.
I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you feel understood and leave sessions with strategies you can use in everyday life.
