Stacey Spata
Hi, I'm Stacey, and I have been a therapist for more than twenty years. I work with teens, young adults, older adults, couples, and families, and over that time I have walked alongside people facing just about every kind of life and mental health challenge. My approach is holistic, which means we look at how your mental, physical, and spiritual health connect, because that fuller picture often opens up solutions that are hard to find any other way.
I will meet you with dignity, warmth, and respect, and I will hold a safe space where you can explore, grow, and figure out what balance looks like for you. Many people arrive feeling stuck or in distress, and I like to remind my clients that even in the middle of a struggle there is real room to grow into the best version of yourself. I genuinely love listening to people's stories and helping them move toward their goals.
I see clients through WellQor, where I provide therapy entirely online, so we can meet from wherever you feel most comfortable.
