Nick Mann
I work at Southeast Psych, a private group practice located in the South Park area of Charlotte, NC. I collaborate with adults and emerging adults (age 15+) to help identify meaningful goals, increase self-awareness, and process challenging thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Many of the clients I work with are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief/bereavement, life transitions, difficulty establishing boundaries, or challenges in coping with emotions.
My approach to therapy places emphasis on the relationship between client and therapist; allowing the client to guide sessions in the direction that is most relevant and meaningful. In addition, I utilize techniques and skills drawn from Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Dialectical-Behavior Therapy (DBT), in order to tailor session to the uniqueness of the client and their life experiences.
If you feel we may be a good fit for each other or have any questions, please reach out.
