Saged Feather Counseling + Wellness
College is often one of the most exciting and overwhelming times of life
Many of the students I work with are navigating major transitions while trying to keep up with classes, relationships, work, family expectations, and the pressure to have it all figured out.
Sometimes the challenges are obvious:
Academic stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, breakups, family conflict, grief, or adjusting to college life.
Sometimes they're more personal:
Questioning your identity, sexuality, faith, values, or future career path.
Feeling disconnected from yourself or unsure of who you're becoming.
Managing ADHD, autism, perfectionism, burnout, or people-pleasing.
Trying to balance independence while still navigating family expectations.
Feeling overwhelmed by the constant pressure to perform, achieve, and keep going.
And sometimes it's simply realizing that the strategies that helped you get this far aren't working anymore.
I believe you don't need fixing to deserve support.
I think of myself as a life midwife: steady, grounded, and honest while something new is trying to emerge.
My role isn't to tell you who to be or how to live your life. It's to help you make sense of where you are, reconnect with your strengths, and navigate the uncertainty that often comes with growth and change.
If any of this resonates with you, you may be in a season of becoming.
And you don't have to move through it alone.
