Feeling stuck, lost, or like you're balancing too much at once? College can be exciting, but it can also leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of who you are and where you're headed. Whether you're navigating relationships, family expectations, career/academic stress, life transitions, or the pressure of figuring out your future, you don't have to do it alone. As a first-generation individual, I'm especially passionate about supporting BIPOC students, first-generation immigrants, and children of immigrants through the unique challenges that can come with balancing different worlds. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to build a life that feels authentic to you.
