College can be exciting and overwhelming. Between classes, exams, relationships, finances, and figuring out who you’re becoming, it’s easy to feel anxious, stressed, or burned out. If your mind feels like it won’t slow down, your body feels constantly tense, or you’re putting pressure on yourself to “have it all together,” you’re not broken—you’re human.
I work with college students who want relief from anxiety and stress, and who are ready to build coping skills that actually fit real life. Therapy with me is down-to-earth, supportive, and practical. We’ll focus on helping you understand what’s happening inside you, calm your nervous system, and develop tools so you can feel more confident, grounded, and like yourself again.
You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just tired of carrying everything on your own, this can be a space to pause, breathe, and get support—without judgment.
