In my practice, I strive to provide therapeutic experiences that create self-awareness, self-compassion, and practical tools for improving your life. Together, we will use trauma-informed, collaborative, and empowerment-focused approaches that help to make positive change more possible.
I have focused on working with women and LGBTQ+ individuals and groups who are navigating relationship issues, anxiety and depression, recovery from interpersonal violence and trauma, and family issues, which includes parenting, step-parenting, and attachment. With a background in leadership psychology, I also support women on their career and professional journeys to discover their styles of leadership.
