I'm glad you're here and walking your healing pathway. Therapy can be scary with fears of being judged over your thoughts and feelings. Those thoughts and feelings helped get you here but they may not be serving you anymore and you are seeking change. I have been helping people for 18 years by providing insight based therapy and I love when the healing starts to make changes in people's lives. I look forward to helping the healing process. I offer a judgement free environment (don't we do enough to ourselves already) where you can explore new ideas, thoughts and feelings along your journey.
