Pain can quietly shape your life, leaving you feeling unsettled, lonely, or stuck. Many people come to me with experiences of sadness, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, anger, depression, or self-harming behaviors. Others seek support in navigating relationship challenges, the reverberations of traumatic experiences, or a desire to understand themselves more fully and strengthen their relationship with themselves. We are wired for connection, yet old patterns, self-doubt, and unresolved pain can influence how we relate to ourselves and others. I believe healing is possible, and that therapy can be a space where it begins to unfold.

Therapy offers a safe, confidential space to begin making sense of your experience. Over time, what once felt fixed can soften, creating room for new understanding, relief, ease, and choice—supporting deeper connection, more authentic relationships, and a greater capacity for joy.

My style is warm, relational, and collaborative to meet you where you are. I invite you to a 30-minute complimentary consultation by phone or video to see if we might be a good fit.

I reserve a few sliding scale spots for college students. Please reach out for more info.
