My clients are often struggling to find peace in their relationships to food, movement, and themselves. Trying to do this while also adjusting to college is a lot of work! They are often motivated to find healing but unsure of where to start. They may have struggled with an eating disorder or disordered eating, but not always. I believe my clients are already holding the tools they need to work towards a more harmonious life.
