Hello, my name is Michele. I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience supporting individuals, couples and families, through a variety of challenges including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, terminal illness, grief, anger, and relationship stress. I admire the strength we inherently have within us, and I would be honored to sit alongside you in your journey.

I use a variety of therapy modalities, but I often use a person centered approach and Motivational Interviewing as I find these frequently yield fulfilling outcomes. There are many approaches and strategies to supporting clients and these are flexible based on your needs.
