I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges and PTSD. I use trauma-informed therapy approaches; such as, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which helps the brain effectively digest past and recent traumatic memories, and Internal Family Systems which compassionately guides you toward building harmony in your inner world.
