I see counseling as an opportunity to discover more about yourself and how to live a life that feels meaningful for you. Some of my specialties include work around anxiety, grief, trauma and addiction. I focus on your current challenges and finding ways to overcome them at your pace while in a safe environment. I have worked with people of all ages both individually and as a group facilitator.
