Therapy is about building trust and nurturing oneself through deeper self-awareness. Mallory (she/her) is dedicated to providing a safe space where individuals can acknowledge, heal, and grow from life’s challenges. Her goal in therapy is to help clients build self-confidence and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world. She is committed to helping clients find effective coping strategies so they can live more holistic, healthy, and joyful lives. Clients can expect to be met with empathy, kindness, and understanding at all times.
Mallory has experience across multiple avenues of therapy. She has worked with adolescents and adults experiencing substance use disorders, utilizing Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. She has also worked with adolescents navigating mood and personality disorders. Mallory has completed various trainings and certifications in MI, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), DBT, Gottman Level 1, Prepare/Enrich, and Nurturing Parenting.
If someone is struggling to manage complicated emotions or feels they are not living up to their full potential, Mallory encourages them to reach out. Even the most difficult situations can feel lighter with increased understanding and the support of a licensed therapist who can facilitate growth and healing.
Mallory sees clients virtually only, ages 14+. She accepts Medicaid (MHS, HIP, Anthem, Ambetter, Hoosier Healthwise, Caresource, and Traditional), Aetna, EverNorth (Cigna), IU Health (Narrow and Premier plans), and self-pay.
