I offer professional counseling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples who are seeking support to meet their life's challenges and who are interested in accessing greater well-being.

As a counseling psychologist and licensed professional counselor, I provide a space in which we can explore, reflect upon, and make meaning of your experiences, feelings, and thoughts. My integrative and relational approach focuses on the inherent resilience and capacities of each person. I view therapy as a process of self-discovery, which I facilitate by helping clients find their insights, skills, and resources. Through a practical and creative collaboration, I work together with clients to explore the challenges they bring and to create sustainable changes.

Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
