Krystel Mairs, LPC
Hello, I enjoy supporting college students who are navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, and grief and loss. I am passionate about supporting women in particular. I specialize in fostering deeper self-knowledge and self-compassion through mindfulness techniques, Internal Family Systems, and art therapy. These approaches offer a compassionate, trauma-informed, and acceptance-based framework for inner inquiry, helping to improve emotional regulation and alleviate the severity of symptoms.
In our sessions together, you can expect a warm, caring, and nonjudgmental space where I will support you explore new ways of addressing inner conflicts and emotional distress with greater confidence and clarity. What makes my practice unique is my commitment to working from an open-hearted place.
