Krissy Schultz
I offer a welcoming, down-to-earth space where children, teens, and adults can show up just as they are. My approach is open, collaborative, and person-centered—because I believe therapy should feel like a safe space to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or something that’s hard to name, I’m here to meet you with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches including Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy. I also take a trauma-informed lens into every session, tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and lived experiences.
