Kirby Soltis
Stressful events disrupt our balance, which can create dysregulation in our emotional and bodily systems. My expertise lies in helping college students to develop ways to cope with life's stress, regulate the nervous system, and find healing. Let me help you find stability and peace with my practices.
I specialize in working with college students who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, self-harm, anger and aggression, low self-esteem and trauma experiences. I combine my expertise in Human Development, Synergetic Play Therapy, Somatic Therapy and person centered techniques to help the young adult shift their nervous system and find regulation through connection, mindfulness, attunement and playful thinking.
