Welcome - I'm Kate!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Katie Nix, MA, LPC- Supervisor. I work at The Well Therapy Group in uptown Dallas and have the privilege of working with adolescent and young adult women on their healing journey.

My passion lies in helping clients navigate the challenges most common in this life stage, including obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, and interpersonal relationship struggles. I offer a space that is gentle, non-judgmental, and rooted in compassion—where clients are empowered to stop apologizing for what’s outside their control and begin turning that energy inward, toward healing and self-acceptance.

Whether you choose to meet in-person at my Uptown Dallas office or virtually from anywhere in Texas, I’m here to walk alongside you. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I’m honored to support you—wherever you are—as you step into authorship of your own story.
