Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain as you navigate current struggles? Are you finding yourself caught in patterns that feel hard to break or struggling to manage the weight of day-to-day stress? You don’t have to navigate this alone. I work with clients who are seeking a supportive, nonjudgmental space to better understand themselves, build effective coping skills, and feel more grounded in their lives. I also welcome clients who wish to incorporate a Christian or faith-based perspective into their work. I am also fluent in English and Spanish and provide support in your preferred language.
I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel supported as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward improved mental health and overall well-being. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, life transitions, adjustment difficulties, relationship concerns, and women’s issues.
If you are ready to take that next step, I would be honored to connect and work alongside you. Together, we will focus on moving toward growth and healing.
