Journey2WellnesswithKC
College can be exciting, transformative, and overwhelming. Whether you're facing stress, relationship challenges, identity exploration, academic pressure, or major life transitions, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a concentration in Mental Health and Substance Abuse and over ten years of experience in healthcare and mental health settings. I’ve supported individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, OCD, ADHD, grief, and IDD across inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation, and hospital environments.
I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Using a person-centered, strength-based, and evidence-based approach, I help clients recognize their resilience, build coping skills, and reconnect with their inner strength.
I’m here to listen, support you through difficult seasons, and remind you that there is always a rainbow after the storm.
