I provide a supportive space where you will be heard, understood, and validated. Together, we will work through feelings of doubt and anxiety so you can move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

In our work together, you’ll begin to discover your unique voice and learn how to use it to advocate for yourself. You’ll also learn that your worth is not defined by other people’s validation—and that making mistakes is a natural and important part of growth.

Learning to recognize what isn’t working in your life is the first step toward meaningful change. From there, I will help you focus on your strengths so you can make thoughtful, healthy choices that truly align with who you are and what is best for you.
