Inclusive Insights Counseling PLLC is an LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, trauma-informed mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We specialize in supporting clients navigating identity development, life transitions, relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the impact of systemic and structural stressors.
Our approach is inclusive, decolonized, and community-centered, recognizing that healing happens within the context of lived experience, culture, and connection. We emphasize empowerment, collaboration, and holistic well-being, and create a space where clients can explore their stories safely and authentically.

Our Clinical Approach
We use evidence-based and culturally attuned modalities including CBT, DBT-informed skills, trauma-focused therapy, narrative approaches, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and relational therapies. Our work is rooted in values of consent, autonomy, collaboration, and empowerment. We meet clients where they are, honoring their identities, strengths, and lived experiences.
