Holly Vazquez
I treat each client as a unique individual, ensuring you feel heard and validated as we work to uncover the roots of your challenges. Together, we’ll forge a path toward change and healing. I believe therapy is for everyone and can help you discover the happiness and peace that might be missing from your life.
Outside of work, I love to travel, explore new places, and spend as much time outdoors as possible. I enjoy quality time with my family, friends, and my beloved cat and dog. Most of all, I cherish being surrounded by people who make me smile and laugh.
My sessions are centered around providing clients with a warm, safe, and comfortable environment where they can confidently express themselves. I support clients who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and low self-esteem; helping them to build emotional resilience and achieve their goals.
