Kaleidoscope Mental Health Collective
Welcome! I am a feminist, culturally sensitive therapist who specializes in working with adults in the LGBTQIA+ community, who are on the autism spectrum, and who are recovering from religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and adverse religious experiences.
I am recognized as a National Certified Counselor by the NBCC and I utilize a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to CBT, ACT and EMDR techniques in individual therapy.
I believe YOU are the expert on your life and your experience. You know what you need, and I am here to help you get there. What unhelpful thoughts and beliefs are preventing you from living your best life? We can work together to help you build a more positive, helpful, TRUE, and healthy outlook so that you can find peace and build the life you desire.
