As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at HOClinical, I work best with students who are high-achieving, driven, and carrying more than they let people see.

Many of the students I support are balancing academics, work, family expectations, and relationships — while quietly dealing with anxiety, low mood, burnout, ADHD, sleep problems, or feeling overwhelmed. Some are struggling to focus. Others feel stuck, unmotivated, or not like themselves anymore. Many say, “I should be able to handle this,” but feel exhausted trying.
