Wild Grounding Psychotherapy
I support teen girls, young women, and mothers who are carrying heavy feelings about self-esteem, body image and eating struggles. I also specialize in working with women on their prenatal journey; navigating the big transitions of pregnancy and postpartum. So often, these seasons of life bring up emotions we’re told we shouldn’t have—confusion, doubt, even resentment—right alongside love and joy. My role is to create a space where nothing has to be hidden, and where your whole experience is welcome.

I take a warm, collaborative approach that goes beyond talk therapy. Together, we’ll move at your pace, weaving in conversation and body-based practices like mindfulness, somatic therapy, Gestalt, breathwork, and nature-based work—while also drawing from CBT, DBT and ACT when structure or skills are needed.
My hope is that you leave sessions with a stronger sense of steadiness and self-trust, and a gentler perspective on your life and journey—able to meet yourself with more ease, acceptance, and confidence in where you are and where you’re headed.
