Being in college while navigating the waves of life can sometimes take it's toll. It can be heavy trying to hold it all together, the grades, the relationships, the pressure to figure out who you are and what you're doing here all at once.
If you're the one who looks like you are handling things well on the outside while quietly carrying more than anyone knows, you're in the right place.

At Sacred Ease Therapy, I work with caretakers, and deep feelers who are navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, chronic illness and the kind of transitions that don't come with a roadmap. My approach is relational, whole-person, and grounded in the belief that rest and connection aren't rewards you earn after you've done enough and they're things you deserve right now.

Therapy here isn't about fixing what's wrong with you. It's about making space for who you already are and who you're becoming.
I offer virtual sessions across Georgia, which means you can access support from wherever you are.

Sliding scale and reduced-fee options are available.
