I am a clinical intern working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck in relationship issues or other issues and diagnoses that affect their mental health. I have experience with focusing on religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and the effects of purity culture. As a long-distance runner myself, I also see athletes and others who are seeking to work on their emotional and mental endurance.
