Accepting clients Last Updated 9 days ago

I offer a collaborative, accepting, and reflective space where you can better understand yourself and what’s getting in the way of the life you want. I help people explore emotional and relational patterns with curiosity and self-compassion. Many of my clients come to me struggling with anxiety, depression, or challenges in their relationships. For some, these experiences have been present for a long time; for others, they feel new.
I’m proud of the supportive environment I create, and I see it as the foundation of meaningful therapy. Our work is most effective when you feel safe enough to talk about what’s hard to say elsewhere and my primary goal is to help make that possible. My approach is grounded in the belief that real change comes through insight, self-awareness, and genuine human connection.
