It's nice to meet you! My name is Erica (she/her), and I am a queer therapist working with students who struggle with disordered eating, relationship wounds, anxiety, and substance use. As a former Buff I am personally aware of what CU campus life is like, particularly the stress and expectations that students can end up experiencing and the toll it takes on one's mental health.

Are you searching for relief from constantly critiquing what you eat or what your body looks like? Then this is the space for you. Are you tired of feeling as though you aren't good enough? Or perhaps you've realized that you're coping with stress in ways that make you think "this isn't me...". Then this too, is the space for you. Many of my clients are college students who are seeking to find more internal stability, emotional regulation, and a deeper understanding and acceptance of who they are.

Navigating college is difficult enough, and can feel even more overwhelming when you just can't seem to feel like you. Therapy can help you understand yourself better, feel more self-assured, and provide you with the tools to better manage internal and external stress.

I offer a free 30 minute consultation so that we can meet and chat a bit more about how you need support. If you think we might be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out! Wishing you the best in wherever your mental health journey takes you.
