You may feel overwhelmed by academics, anxiety, or the pressure to keep up while also figuring out who you are in college. Many students feel stuck in their thoughts, burned out, or unsure how to manage transitions, relationships, and expectations. I work with college students navigating stress, anxiety, identity concerns, and major life changes, helping them build coping skills and feel more grounded and confident. Therapy can be structured and goal-focused or more reflective based on your needs. You don’t need everything figured out to start.

I offer virtual therapy via video sessions. I'm available weeknights and Sunday evenings.

I am in-network with most major insurance plans, with new plans added regularly. You can verify your specific coverage through my website (bottom of the page). Self-pay options are also available. Please reach out with any questions.
