When you work with me, you’ll experience a dynamic approach combining Somatic Experiencing Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy, which are a brain-body based techniques that help you work through trauma and any areas in which you may feel unable to move forward on your own. I also utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused CBT
