Diane Mentch LPC
Hi! I'm Diane, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I have experience working alongside individuals with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and adjustment concerns. I employ an eclectic approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness and problem-solving techniques, along with others, to assist you. I am not certified in a specific approach; however, I have had training and experience with each.
I am grateful you have started the journey to begin mental health counseling; I can understand how scary this may be for you. I am here to help you process situations and build skills to aid you in overcoming your challenges.
I believe one of my greatest strengths is building rapport to determine how to best be present for you, through empathy and active listening, in a judgment free space, and walk with you on this journey. Counseling is not a 'one size fits all' endeavor and I will spend time getting to know you to determine what best fits you as an individual.
