Hi, I’m Debbie, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, now welcoming new clients for telehealth visits.
I offer a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where we can work together to understand your needs and help you feel your best—all from the comfort of your home.
During our sessions, I take time to explore areas such as mood, anxiety, sleep, focus, trauma, and substance use, so we can create a personalized plan that works for you.
I provide brief psychotherapy using supportive therapy, CBT-informed techniques, and motivational interviewing.
