Danielle Meyers
Many of us experience stress and anxiety on a daily basis. While sometimes we feel in control of these emotions, other times it can feel like they are controlling us. Whether you are dealing with day-to-day stressors, or those brought on by major life transitions, learning how to identify and manage the feelings you experience can be vital to having happy, healthy relationships with others and with yourself.
It’s my belief that each individual is the expert on themselves. My role in sessions is to be curious and work with you to explore challenges, experiences, and emotions. Through this exploration we can create a “tool box” of skills and strategies that work best for you.
I encourage you to reach out if you are interested in starting services. Finding a therapist who is right for you is important, and I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have!
